THE 16TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS IN JULY EVENT, BENEFITING THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY,
BROUGHT JOY TO
LIVES OF MONMOUTH AND OCEAN COUNTY'S CHILDREN.
Christmas comes but once a year — or so we thought. Point Pleasant Fire Company hosted the 16th annual
Christmas in July event benefiting the American Cancer Society. Families from all over Monmouth and Ocean Counties
attended the festivities honoring children who have been diagnosed with cancer.
Kids of all ages enjoyed the fantastic face painter, pony rides, a dunk tank, a petting zoo and of course, a special
visit from the one and only Santa.
Thank you to chair of the event, ASC volunteer and Point Pleasant Mayor, Tom Vogel and to all the American Cancer
Society volunteers that helped make this day so special for such deserving families.
